Scope Of Work
Working with the developer to maximize this already successful retail plaza, Stateside constructed this standalone Chipotle restaurant adjacent to the existing building. The project’s simple design successfully utilized a mix of Trespa Siding, glazed storefront, EIFIS, and a 90’ custom aluminum trellis that runs the length of the building. The constrained site required careful management of traffic flow, some reconfiguration, installation of new utilities, and careful coordination with adjacent tenants who remained operational during construction.
