Scope Of Work
in the summer of 2018, this new three-story, wood-frame building provides much needed market rate apartment units to the Hyannis Community. Units offer efficient, open-concept floor plans, well-appointed finishes, spacious bedrooms, modern kitchens with Energy Star appliances, energy efficient HVAC systems and outdoor amenities.
