Scope Of Work

This gut renovation converted a large warehouse space into an adult daycare center. Its scope included reworking the split-faced block facade, structural stabilization of the existing clear-span bar joists, new mechanical and electrical systems and a complete interior tenant fit-out. Additionally, numerous site work improvements were made to accommodate the user group. The much needed renovations brought the space up to current code requirements.
