Scope Of Work
Robinson Landing is a luxury condominium project located in Alexandria, VA. The project includes three buildings with 70 units total and features amenities such as a fitness center, yoga studio, pet spa, and lounge, as well as a public waterfront wine bar with outdoor seating over the Potomac River. The Robinson Landing project is LEED Certified.
During excavation, the Robinson Landing project made headlines due to the archaeological investigation and preservation of three ships from the Revolutionary War area that were discovered on site. In addition to the three ships, the archaeological dig also uncovered foundations of several commercial and industrial buildings from the 18th and 19th century and foreign coins from Ireland, Britain, France, and Spain. All of the artifacts were donated to the City of Alexandria.
