Scope Of Work
The customer’s “first impression” upon entering Everett’s Restaurant is very important to the Owner. The main focal point of the entry and dining areas is the rustic, yet refined use of a rubble stone wall that traverses the width of the building and creates a separation of the public and service areas of the building.
The main lobby is welcoming with the introduction of custom wood work and a soothing lighting scheme. The Owner has made the waiting area inviting for children of all ages by incorporating a large 250 gallon salt water aquarium with exotic fish dancing for everyone to enjoy.
The Lounge area is open and the Owner spared no expense in the installation of the high resolution, plasma, flat screen TV’s throughout the Lounge. The bar is custom built with a warm colored, natural granite top and the unique over-bar cabinets have etched glass inserts that were specially designed and made by a local artist.
The exterior patio is under a large awning to provide a comfortable setting for an outside dining experience. September 2002 saw the completion of $1.5 million building project that me the Owner’s vision of an up-scale restaurant that is inviting, impressive and provides a unite dining experience.
