Scope Of Work

Library Lane is a development specifically designed for senior citizens. The building is entirely brick. All floors are concrete; the walls are composed of steel studs, sound proof materials, and thick drywall, to insure privacy and quiet. Apartment features include spacious studio and one bedroom apartments with five different floor plans, private balcony or patio, spacious closets, and fully equipped kitchens.

Building amenities include; two elevators, social room with kitchen, Grayslake Senior Center, parlor room with fireplace, on-site fitness center with the latest equipment, billiard room with a separate area for card and game playing, computer center, private work stations, and common area laundry facility located on the first floor.
