Scope Of Work
The University of Miami's School of Business included an addition to the existing school with a three-story classroom and office facility over an open two-story breezeway and sitting area. An exterior precast system with exposed aggregate was implemented to match existing buildings. Coastal overcame several challenges, including building on a confined site between a canal and another building, without disturbing classes in session.
