Scope Of Work
Coastal / Brodson, a joint venture is constructing Starwood Capital’s new headquarters in Miami Beach for partners North Bay Owner and Integra.
Designed by Gensler, an international architectural firm with offices in Miami, the six-story facility will contain 105,000 square feet of Class “A” office space, and will have approximately 80,000 square feet of parking, including 104 car stackers, and car charging stations.
Projected to be LEED Gold-Certified, Starwood Capital’s Headquarters will house 300 employees and feature 8,000 square feet of ground-level retail and restaurant space. Bridging past and present by integrating elements of Miami Beach’s signature Art Deco style with a modern glass window façade, there will be lush landscaping and water features built into paseo and key tenant intersections, effectively extending the workplace outside and encouraging tenants to work and collaborate freely.
Gensler is also designing the interiors of the core and shell and the tenant improvement interiors are being designed by Clive Lonstein of New York City.
