Scope Of Work
Designed by KPF, the dual-tower building located at the intersection of Channelside Drive and Water Street will soon bring new energy to the vibrant neighborhood. 815 Water Street will offer residents a downtown location with an unmatched walkable, urban lifestyle.
The two towers will rise to 26 and 21 stories respectively and comprise of 420 total rental residences offering sweeping views of the Tampa skyline and historic Hillsborough Bay. Featuring a striking façade punctuated with private apartment terraces, the towers are designed inside and out to maximize natural light and encourage interaction with the environment.
With interiors designed by Cecconi Simone, each tower provides distinct amenity spaces for residents, with outdoor pools, fitness centers, bar lounges, and club rooms for residents situated atop both rooftops. Conveniences like GreenWise, a full-service grocery store, restaurants, entertainment venues and abundant open spaces are all accessible in close proximity
