Scope Of Work
A collaboration of Marriott International and The Ian Schrager Group, the Edition project features a new tower and an historic renovation, with 303 rooms, meeting space, ice rink, bowling alley, night club, various lounge bars and cabana roofs with private plunge pools. Designed by celebrated architectural firm, NBWW of Coral Gables, the Miami Beach Edition is one of more than 35 projects they have designed for Marriott worldwide. In addition, the property includes 26 luxury condominium residences, created by renowned designer John Pawson from London, featuring private elevators and roof top terraces.
