Scope Of Work
The Burroughs Street storm drain failed during a major rain event, and the increased water flow created a sinkhole in the road that caused the drain and surrounding road to collapse. The City of San Diego tapped Orion as an emergency design-builder to effect a fix. Orion determined the cause of the failure and implemented a permanent fix of the storm drain.
