Scope Of Work
The Mont Belvieu Animal Shelter is a state of the art, 4,200 SF facility with indoor/outdoor kennel runs, personnel office, waiting area, and Get to Know Courtyard. The construction process included sitework, utilities, detention, CMU block, truss installation, synthetic turf, epoxy flooring, paving, and interior/exterior improvements. Also included in the scope of construction was tubular daylighting devices to allow natural light in the building. The facility is also equipped with high pressure wash down systems thoughout the kennel runs.
