Scope Of Work
Renovation of the historic Pratt and Morrow Halls, originally built in 1912 and 1926. C. Pratt Hall is an ornate building on the exterior, and was renovated to straighten out confusing corridors and to cluster bedrooms around open study areas with natural light.
Restoration of Morrow Hall’s interior and exterior detailing.
Demolition and replacement of the entire interior structure.
Replacement of the existing wood framing with structural steel and concrete slab floors.
