Scope Of Work
Addition to Deerfield Academy’s Greer Store and improvements to the Training and Fitness Center.
Addition doubled the size of Greer Store creating a Student Center type of space.
Fitness and Training facility improvements included an upper-level cardio area with treadmills, bikes and ergo machines, and a lower-level weight-training area.
All new MEP systems, finishes, sprinklers, fire alarms, and roofing.
New windows and façade upgrades.
