New 170,000 S.F. seven-story core and shell office building in Chicago’s bustling Fulton Market neighborhood. The building is a concrete structure with an exterior window wall system and is being constructed directly adjacent to the elevated CTA tracks. Project also includes build out of main lobby and seventh floor amenity space. Project is WIRED Silver Certified.
