Scope Of Work

The Katy Ranch Parking Garage has become to exemplar of preparing to design for future expansion. By using ramp walls on the exterior face of the garage, we were able to design a parking structure that not only reduce costs in the first phase, but will substantially reduce costs when they decide it is time to complete the garage.
