Scope Of Work
2010, The Woodlands, Texas has seen over a 20 percent growth in population. With this unprecedented growth, comes more companies, jobs, and space required to hold them. That is why in 2015, Archway Properties decided to expand their Wildwood campus, which is home to Woodlands based energy company, Geosouthern. This campus expansion, an eight story structure with associated parking garage, are the largest structures on the Wildwood campus, and show the expectation in the future growth and development of the Woodlands area.
