This 51-unit project was developed and revitalized through a partnership between MDG Design + Construction, Hudson Valley Property Group, and property owner Ken Oppenheimer. The property received a new 20-year Housing Assistance Payment or HAP contract from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
