Scope Of Work
More than 10,000 SF of retail flex space has been built on Wilmington International Airport’s existing campus. The Wilmington Airport Authority has divided the shell space available for tenant leasing. The building will contains space for a maximum of seven tenants. Two bays have been built out to give prospective tenants an idea of how the individual spaces will look, and the remainder of the building will remain a shell until other spaces are leased.
