Scope Of Work
Members of the Seaside community in St. James Plantation are enjoying a junior Olympic-length lap lane pool. The beach-entry pool contains a wet deck and splash pad with ground jets and gushers for members and guests to enjoy. Additional amenities include a wooden sun deck, sand-filled play area, ornamental wall picket fencing and a trellis wall – all amongst a beautifully landscaped setting. The snack bar building features vaulted ceilings and dormers, a kitchen and locker rooms with changing areas, showers and restrooms.
