Scope Of Work
Thomas has completed the new 20,000 SF office and manufacturing facility for a Wilmington-based company that produces sales, local U.S. assembly and service for motorized pulleys. Rulmeca Corporation’s substantial growth forced them into this significantly larger facility located in the Northchase Industrial Park. The one-story addition to the existing Coverbind facility features utility brick exterior veneer walls with a running bond pattern to match. Construction took place without interruption to the surround and adjacent businesses.
In addition to the 18,000 SF manufacturing floor and warehouse space with overhead door and concrete loading, the new building contains nine offices, (2) conference meeting areas, storage, and kitchen/break room.
