Scope Of Work
Thomas Construction has become a trusted construction partner with LM Restaurants (as well as other well-known eating establishments) to complete multiple Carolina Ale House restaurants in North Carolina. The most recent award, near Concord Mills, is approximately 10,000 SF. This sports-themed, high energy restaurant includes a full commercial kitchen, independent beer storage cooler, food cooler/freezer, indoor and outdoor bars with a variety of television sizes, and a complete gaming area. Similar Carolina Ale House restaurants for LM Restaurants are located in Jacksonville, Greenville, Fayetteville and Wilmington.
Additional projects completed for LM Restaurants include the renovations of The Oceanic and Bluewater Grill at Wrightsville Beach.
