Scope Of Work
Thomas Construction Group was the General Contractor for the Jason’s Deli/Eyemart shell which consisted of a one-story, 8,100 SF building located on heavily traveled Market Street in Wilmington. Subsequently, the tenants selected TCG to construct their interior upfits.
Interior upfit construction for Jason’s Deli included 4,500 SF for the popular restaurant with a seating capacity of 216 and additional patio seating for 16. The fast-paced, high-volume, deli-style restaurant was constructed in less than 90 days.
