Scope Of Work
As a Joint Venture partner, Thomas Construction Group completed approximately 375,000 SF of multifamily apartments in the Autumn Hall community. The project includes 13 buildings with 286 units on 14 acres. With more than 15 floors including one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, residents enjoy a full array of amenities including: a two-story Clubhouse, fitness club, resort-style pool, detached garages and on-site storage units.
