Scope Of Work

The Country Club of Landfall membership is enjoying a beautifully renovated Drysdale Sports Center. Renovations and modifications to the 20-year old, 17,000 SF sports workout center include a movement/yoga room, spinning classroom, aerobics room, gym/weight room, tennis pro shop, and a golf plaza.

Additional modifications were made to the existing 2,200 SF building to create a Kid’s Camp recreation building complete with a kitchen and office space. New construction consisted of two separate buildings including a pool storage and maintenance building and another pool facility building with family, men’s and women’s dressing rooms, showers and restrooms.
