Scope Of Work
Courtyard at Renaissance Park features two buildings which encompass 38,000 SF located along one of Wilmington’s busiest commercial and retail thoroughfares. The first floor of each building is occupied by high-end retail and restaurant users. The lobby is located at the tower section and is the gateway to the Class A office space on the 2nd floor. Finishes include Italian tile, wood trim, coffered ceilings, and granite vanity tops. Thomas completed much of the interior tenant spaces for various clients, including a commercial real estate firm, insurance company, restaurant, salon, financial services group, cellular retail, and several clothing stores.
