Scope Of Work
Thomas Construction has completed this two-story, 46,000 SF I-2 institutional facility in Durham, NC with 66 residential rooms, three suites and 132 beds. The facility includes dining areas, parlor, media room, an Alzheimer’s wing and four nursing stations.
Thomas has also completed CAL facilities in North Raleigh, Mooresville, Clemmons, and Wake Forest, NC. The Raleigh, Mooresville, and Clemmons centers are one-story facilities containing approximately 38,000 SF each. Carillon in Wake Forest is designed for two stories, similar to the Durham project. All are I-2 institutional occupancy.
