Scope Of Work
Since 2002, Sunovion has continued to grow at a rapid pace. Following construction of their new headquarters in Marlborough, a design/build project by Erland, they decided to add a second new office building to consolidate all operations onto one campus. Features include several different types of research suites; NMR laboratories; work areas for support groups, corporate executives, marketing and administration functions; and a full-service cafeteria. As part of the second project, Erland built a pedestrian connector bridge to unite the two buildings at different elevations.
