Scope Of Work
Erland is constructing a 2-phase rental housing complex with core and shell retail space in the downtown section of Worcester in an effort to revitalize the area. The first phase is a 235-unit wood frame, half podium structure that transitions from 5- to 6-stories. The building will include amenities such as an exterior pool and outdoor entertaining areas. Phase two is a 5-story building featuring 131 apartment units. A 409-car precast parking garage serves as a connector between these two buildings. Developed by Roseland Property Company, Phase 1 is complete and Phase 2 is on track for an April 2018 completion.
