Scope Of Work
Working for long-time client, Nordblom Company, Erland served as the Construction Manager for the redevelopment of 35 acres at Northwest Park in Burlington, Massachusetts. This exciting project has transformed the former suburban office park into a large and diverse mixed use community featuring retail, restaurants, entertainment, and commercial uses, as well as a Wegman’s supermarket. Our work included demolition of several buildings, core and shell construction of seven new buildings totalling 129,000sf, and complete construction and buildout of a new Cambridge Savings Bank. Exterior hardscape and landscaping was also part of our scope. Erland is adding a 180-unit rental apartment community as an expansion of this new neighborhood.
