Scope Of Work
29,504 sq ft sorting and distribution center, 3,400 sq ft of office space. Eight acres of developed site. This project consisted of re-routing of wetlands and was built on an old sand mine site, during one of the wettest winters in 70 plus years. Erosion control and de-watering were a daily challenge. The project was completed on time even with the major weather events. Project featured a Varco Pruden steel building.
