Scope Of Work
69,367 sq ft sorting and distribution center, with 3,300 sq ft of office space and 11 acres of development. Site consisted of sage and juniper trees, with basalt underneath. Excavation and utilities were blasted in and rock hammered out to subgrade. All structural fill was crushed on site and the screenings produced into topsoil. No imported materials were used as fill or landscape soils. Project featured a Varco Pruden steel building.
