Completed in 2017
Coburg Place is an elegant shell built for up to five tenants. The architect was TBG Architects. The custom screen awnings were fabricated by Ordell’s Steel Shop. The design features an elegant fusing of multiple trades including a metal building by VP, stucco finish, light metal framing by WCS, metal panel siding, and storefront systems.
