Scope Of Work
Highly visible from Route 128 and near the I-93 interchange in Woburn, this 5-story, 70,000 sf flagship building is Northern Bank’s newest headquarters.
The high-end design and CTA’s construction quality is exemplified in the two-story atrium with customized glass rails and chandeliers. The attention to detail is evident in the first floor retail and office spaces which are fitted out with granite floors and countertops, wood and glass office fronts, cherry stained casework and trim. The bank offices, conference rooms and board room are located on the fourth and fifth floors, and are fitted with custom millwork, glazed office fronts, grand frameless glass partitions, and walk out balconies with commanding views of the surrounding area. Site construction includes surface parking, a one-story, below grade parking garage for 60 cars and a concrete handicap ramp and stair structure which provides public access to the inbound platform of the commuter train station that abuts the bank building.
