Scope Of Work
This new 91,000 sf masonry and steel elementary school building contains a new auditorium, a 383-seat cafeteria, a 5,700 sf gymnasium, a 3,300 sf library/media center, and classrooms designed for 600 students. The existing 60,000 sf building was demolished upon completion of the new school to make room for a new parking lot and recreation area, including a new synthetic turf field and resilient track. This project participated in the Massachusetts Collaborative for High Performance Schools (MA-CHPS).
