Scope Of Work
A "museum modern" new construction set on 33,000 square foot lot. A zero edge pool and spa are sparated by over 80 feet of Fleetwood pocketing sliders transitioning from indoor to outdoor seamlessly. State of the art Bulthaup kitchen, Lucite wine cellar, and Calacatta slab marble wraps the master bath. This project required hillside stabilization, which was executed by planting early providing for lush mature landscaping in time for completion.
This was the fourth project completed by Boswell for this private development group.
