Working closely with the owner, Boswell took a creative approach to construction complexities and architectural details to translate the design language and owner's objectives seamlessly. A cantilevered infinity pool, walls of Fleetwood doors, hand applied Venetian plaster, marble floating staircases, reglet details throughout, and a subterranean basement running beneath the motor-court connecting the guest house to the main house culminates in a craftsmanship masterpiece.
