Scope Of Work
iMater Charter Schools (Phases I-IV) are all located in Hialeah, Florida. They are warehouses that were complete interior demolitions and retrofits for new classroom spaces, a gymnasium and the school's own theater and arts building. The four buildings include between 20,000-80,000 square feet of educational space each.
