Scope Of Work
This project was new construction of a five-story condominium building with a first floor parking garage. We built a poured-in-place concrete parking facility with multiple floors of condominiums overhead, consisting of over 75,000 sq. ft. This multi-million dollar project was completed utilizing the epicore structural framing system for all four floors of condominiums. We successfully completed this job within the stringent confines of an extremely tight working area and site. This building was surrounded on all sides by other existing buildings, making access for construction and storage of materials very challenging. It was a very rewarding project with a completion date of June of 1998.
