Scope Of Work
This 14,329 sq. ft. sanctuary with administrative offices, nursery, restrooms, and other areas was constructed utilizing a clear span pre-engineered system. It was determined by Construction Associates early in the design phase that the most cost effective way to span the sanctuary, which included an extremely high and steep roof, was to use this system. This job was a multi-million dollar negotiated contract and was completed well under budget due to the fact that we were hired in the initial conception phase and we worked as members of a team with the Architect, Owner, Engineers, and Subcontractors. Since the completion of the project, Construction Associates was asked to return and do additional work, including but not limited to a new covered drive-through. Construction Associates installed this pre-engineered building in anticipation of future modifications and additions which made it extremely cost-effective to the Church. This project was completed in May of 2000.
