Scope Of Work
This center consists of over 165,000 sq. ft. of retail space, specifically constructed for tenants including Mattress Depot, Birkenstock Shoes, Famous Footwear, Old Navy, Bed Bath & Beyond, and others. We were able to meet all of the required opening dates for each tenant. We also completed all of the retail "vanilla box" construction for the Owners of the shopping center for other future tenants. We successfully coordinated this large retail project with an out of town Owner and Architect along with Retailers. Construction Associates finished this project on schedule while meeting the stringent requirements of the Beaufort County Architectural Review Board. The completion date of this large complex was July of 2000.
