Scope Of Work
This new facility consisting of a fellowship hall, meeting rooms, administrative offices, nursery, classrooms, and restrooms was constructed adjoining the existing sanctuary, which was also renovated and re-roofed. The new two-story, multi-million dollar 20,274 sq. ft. addition was built using a combination of pre-engineered steel for the main body, augmented by a hybrid structural steel type system for the smaller adjoining areas. The U-shaped hybrid pre-engineered system was supplied by A&S Steel. The new addition and renovations to the existing building were finished while keeping the existing sanctuary in operation. Central Church continued all services and functions throughout the course of construction. This project was completed on schedule and under budget in January of 2007.
