Scope Of Work
Complete renovation of 116,884 sq. ft. of school space consisting of interior walls, ceilings, interior finishes, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. We worked closely with the Owner and Architect to value-engineer hundreds of thousands of dollars in savings during both the design and construction phases. All work was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. This multi-million dollar project was finished in an extremely short time frame during the summer school recess of approximately 2.5 months. Completion date: August 2010.
