Scope Of Work
Powers & Sons was the General Contractor for the 2,858 SF interior build out of an existing 7-11 store for BMO Harris Bank. Scope of work included new electrical plumbing services, a new HVAC system, roofing modifications, structural roof reinforcement to support HVAC equipment glass partitions, new phone IT systems, as well as leveling infill of existing floors. Interior modifications consisted of four interior ATM teller machines with 24 hour access, three offices, two restrooms, a kitchen area, IT room with remote monitoring of the building temperature for energy control, a banking lobby with custom personal banking stations. Exterior renovations included a new plaster facade, new storefronts entry, an outdoor ATM teller machine.
