Scope Of Work
The 525 8th Avenue project is a 29 story Radisson Hotel. It is located in Times Square South with an impressive view of countless historical buildings in the heart of Manhattan, and most notably, the Empire State Building. This project will include 320 spacious guestrooms with a unique roof lounge bar providing beautiful views of the Manhattan skyline. The bar and restaurant located on the ground floor will be open to the public along with a public “green space” plaza for those who enjoy a taste of nature within the concrete jungle.
