Scope Of Work
The new Hyatt Place hotel at 350 West 39th Street with 28 stories and 520 guest rooms is one of the largest additions to Hell’s Kitchen’s hospitality offerings. Features include a ground floor restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating as well as private dining and two court yards. Construction of the Hyatt Place is underway and the Hyatt is scheduled to open March of 2019.
