Scope Of Work

Work life is reimagined by Morris Adjmi, who has designed “The Warehouse” to feature unparalleled creative, collaborative, and cooperative workspaces. Another key project in our portfolio of renovation work, Adjmi pays homage to the Highline’s industrial origins, while augmenting its history with a crowning three-story steel-framed cantilevered floor-to-ceiling glass addition atop the former warehouse structure. These three stories of steel and glass add more than 100,000 square feet of new office space while giving a modern look to a classic building in Chelsea.
