Scope Of Work

The Dublin Branch Library provides the community with a facility that doubles the size of the former branch library. Prior to construction launch, site prep required the demolition of the existing branch library that was located within an active historic suburban corridor. Unique design and construction of the library involved the installation of a complex curtain wall system positioned at a 49-degree angle with parallelogram.

Patrons visiting the three-story, 41,000 square foot branch library experience an open floor plan design with access to a reading lounge and café, meeting rooms, computer furnished learning labs, an interactive children's reading and study space, teen study lounge, homework help center and an extensive collection of printed reading materials.
