Scope Of Work
Located adjacent to a branch library, the City of Dublin Parking Garage project involved the construction of a 200,000 square foot, four-level post-tension concrete structure. The 550-vehicle parking garage occupies three stair cores, two elevators and a decorative terracotta baguette rain screen. To accommodate the parking garage entry and exit locations, this project required the re-design and construction improvements to existing city streets and the city park pedestrian pathway.
