Scope Of Work
Construction of this lifestyle hotel brand brings an additional 167-guestrooms to the Short North corridor in downtown Columbus Ohio. The design and interior décor of this 12-story hotel was influenced by the local history and artistic urban Short North neighborhood. The guest and visitor experience offers a roof-top bar, an elevated terrace, flexible meeting space and a café featuring local food and beverages.
